i think their food is pretty good but a little overpriced. when i went they told me they didn’t offer soy sausage as a substitute as advertised on the website. i realize it’s a chain and specific locations may vary slightly but i was disappointed nonetheless. maybe this has changed by now.
I’ll second the other reviewer who recommended the french toast.
I probably won’t be back here anytime soon, though—last time I went, I was served undercooked pancakes (?!), the server forgot my side, and my fork had food stuck to it. Every other time I’ve been there I had to wait and wait for a table. Blah!
LOVE LOVE LOVE!
I’ve been here a few times since it opened and I just can’t say enough. If you like good southern breakfast food, this is the place for you!!
The food is really good, though I tend to get the same thing about every time.. That would be breakfast. The honey creme is a nice change of pace to the traditional syrup(s) for the French Toast.
Have been for both breakfast and dinner about 10 times. I like the California omelette and the baked “fried” chicken with collards and macaroni. Have always had good service.
I actually like their food. Its a nice blend of taste!
