317 South Harrington Street kitchen open tues-thur 5-11 . fri-sat 5-12 . brunch sun 11-2 Features: A downtown Raleigh institution. Near and dear to my heart, always. Tapas and good wine are two of my favorites. Humble Pie has lots of both. The service here is professional and knowledgeable. The open kitchen is cool. There is also a nice closed room if you want a private place with a group. Quality food, especially at Sunday Brunch. Nice atmosphere and great outdoor seating.
