Being a new 3-story *modern* restaurant in a fairly quiet “big city”, we should expect Solas to work out some bumps along the way to efficiency and perfection.
They have arrived.
I have been there twice and both times the food was hot, delicious, artistic, quick but hasty, and priced fair. The service was simply exceptional.
I highly recommend. I have read reviews for years online but this is one of the very few times I have gone out of my way to register on a site and tell ya’ll about it.
